Ein Mann namens Greg Thompson ist während des gut besuchten Straßenfestes zu Ehren von San Gennaro plötzlich leblos zusammengebrochen. Die Detectives suchen im Stadtteil Little Italy nach einem Hinweis auf den Vorfall. Währenddessen wird im Central Park ein weiterer Toter aufgefunden. Dem Toten, der als Jared Stanton identifiziert werden kann, fehlt der Kopf...
